Role Overview:

The Sales Approvals & Data Quality Associate will ensure the sales department maintains high standards of data quality and policy adherence. This role focuses on analyzing sales records, ensuring sales deals are accurately credited, and maintaining the integrity and consistency of CRM data.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze Salesforce records to verify correct deal ownership and sales credits.
• Ensure that sales policies are respected during prospecting and customer onboarding.
• Monitor for compliance and regulatory risks within sales processes.
• Maintain high data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce records.
• Identify and address emerging issues in CRM automation and record management tools.
• Help shape processes and policies to align with department objectives.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of professional experience in tech or fintech.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
